Automatic Tube Sterilizer of Tea Drinks

Automatic tube sterilizer of tea drinks is a disposal sterilizing equipment for prolonging quality validity through sterilizing and cooling. According to different material heating, sterilizing and different technological demand of keeping temperature and cooling, carrying out the flow chart assembly design , possess various complete protective measurement ,with high automation degree and accurate control.

Classification of Tube Sterilizer

Automatic configuration锛歩t adopts computer procedure to control PLC technology, according to set process requirements, to control whole process of production, with CIP cleaning procedures to automatically clean.

Semi-automatic configuration: the whole process of operation is semi-automatically control. Operator can control the pumps, valves and back flow function on the control panel. By the temperature control PID to maintain the sterilization temperature. Sterilization temperature has a continuous record.

Usages of Tube Sterilizer

Suitable material : Dairy production, Fruit juice, Drink, Syrup, Suce Vinegar.

Characteristics of Tube Sterilizer

1, The tube in this sterilization Equipment is composed of four layer sleeving pipe or multi-pipe. Heat exchanger; Stepless speed change conveying pump, holder, closed water barrel, superheating water generator, frame, controller etc.

2, Tube group has the features of simple structure and small resistance.

3, The heating-holding section has reasonable structure to guarantee the temperature stability and security of products

4, There is superheating water and cooling water channel during the cleaning which can avoid the scaling.

5, Adopting the method of superheating water heating to improve the heat effect.
