1. Pneumatic type cover open and close is adopted. Two cylinders of large tension are allocated at the two sides of the extracting tank. When opening the cover, press the cover open button, the cylinder will drive the tank cover to slowly open and the residue will be gradually discharged to the collection car at the bottom of the tank. Just loosen the button, the tank cover will instantly stop. It has good safety and can also control the dropping of residue.
2. With various heating methods and extracting temperature functions, the equipment can rapidly heat the solvent and accurately control the extracting temperature. Furthermore, various extracting processes can be realized, such as: continuous counter-current filtration, continuous counter-current extraction, dynamic extraction, ordinary boiling extraction (the tank top is provided with two-stage condenser return flow). Various extracting technological processes can completely realize the automatic operation.
3. It is provided with automatic CIP in-process cleaning device, and sufficient cleaning balls and nozzles are installed inside the equipment to ensure the rapid and through cleaning of the extracting tank.
