1.       Connect feeder hopper or inlet pipe, and outlet or outlet circulating pipe. Connect cooling water pipe and discharging pipe.

2.       Fix up electric starter, ampere meter and indicating lamp.Turn on the machine to distinguish the turning direction after power on. It is supposed to be clockwise when looked from inlet side.(Note: idling should not last for over 5sec)

3.       Adjust gap between abrasive discs, unscrew the two handles (twist in anti-clockwise) and then rotate adjustable ring in clockwise, rotate motor fan on the base with one hand;  stop it immediately when there is a little friction on the adjustable ring during operation; then rotate adjustable ring in reversal direction to make the gap bigger than alignment number; in the situation of meeting the demand of material thickness, make the milling piece gas bigger as far as possible. Thus, the abrasive discs may have longer life span; then tighten the handle in clockwise to tighten adjustable ring to fix the gap.

4.       Disinfection thoroughly, clean the inside.

5.       Connect with cooling water, put the material into hopper first before turning on;

6.       It is not allowed to have quartz, cullet, metal grain and hard things mixed in processing material or it will damage active and static abrasive discs .

7.       Pay attention to motor load, reduce material if it is overloaded.

8.       Colloid mill belongs to precision machine, with very small gap between abrasive discs and high rotating speed. Operator should strictly observe the post and operate confirming to the rules. When a fault is discovered, turn off the machine immediately and solve the fault.

9.       After using colloid mill, clean it thoroughly to avoid  mechanical seal caking  caused by material remain in the machine.
