Structure of Minitype Multifunctional Extracting Tank
Usages of Minitype Multifunctional Extracting Tank
Minitype multifunctional extracting tank can be used in Chinese medicine, food and chemical industries to normal pressure, micro-pressure, water frying, warm soaking, heat cycling, cycling leaking, redolent oil extract and organically solvent recycle.
Characteristics of Minitype Multifunctional Extracting Tank
1. The extracting tank has good anti-leakage device, and is provided with sufficient safety assurance measures. Therefore, it can meet some special extracting requirements, such as pressurization through passing compressed air into the extracting tank or fumigation treatment to the material through passing steam of certain amount of pressure into the extracting tank etc.
2. The bottom of the extracting tank adopts double-layer filtration boards, which are divided into filtration supporting board and main filtration board. There are long holes of 0.5*10mm distributed on the main filtration board, which are carried out laser machining with smooth surface. The double-layer filtration boards can be opened for the convenience of observation and cleaning. The bottom of the extracting tank is provided with solvent distributing space and diversion parts, which are especially suitable for circulative extraction and transfer of solvent.
3. The special sight glass with scraping brush is allocated at the top of the extracting tank, which can endure high pressure of the tank. Moreover, the sight glass lamp is separated from the sight glass with better lighting effect and large observation area.
4. The welding machine type honeycomb jacket is adopted, which has such advantages as small volume and high heat exchange efficiency. It can save about 15% of steam used for heating solvent. The heat preservation jacket can be additionally made outside the honeycomb jacket.
